Click Buy Now to purchase your BOOST!™ COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit. Then complete the steps in the welcome email to set up your account on the BOOST!™ portal.

Step 2

Your BOOST!™ COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit will be shipped to your home and arrive within 3 business days.

Step 3

Once you receive your test kit and are ready to complete your sample collection, log into the BOOST!™ portal and follow the prompts to activate a test. You’ll be able to join the testing queue once you’ve gathered all the necessary items and completed your pre-test checklist.

Step 4

One of our Citizen Care nurses will supervise your specimen collection and provide instructions on how to read and upload your test results.

Step 5

Your result photo will be verified by one of our representatives and an official BOOST!™ Health Pass will be generated in your BOOST!™ portal account.

Step 6

You will receive a notification when your Health Pass is ready – this should take 30 minutes or less. If a manual review is required, a member of our team will handle your case between 6am and 7pm EST. To check on your results, log into your BOOST!™ portal and go to the View COVID-19 Tests section on your personal dashboard.

Step 7

If you receive a negative result, you will be able to use the BOOST!™ Health Pass to demonstrate your COVID-19 status at the airport upon check-in before your flight.

Step 8

If your result is positive, you will be directed to the 24/7 BOOST!™ Customer Care team for more assistance.

Please confirm with your airline and destination country any requirements for pre-travel testing times. See a list of exit/entry requirements here. For our Rapid Antigen Test Kits, a minimum 3 business day advance purchase is required. This ensures you will have enough time to receive your kit, complete the Test Service and obtain your official Health Pass in advance of your flight.

Due to the nature of the COVID-19 test kits, any kits purchased are non-refundable and cannot be returned. You may keep your kit to use for a future travel date as long as it is used within the expiry date indicated on the box.

Due to the quickly changing nature of COVID-19, services purchased on the Citizen Care website are non-refundable. However, your Test Service code will not expire and may be saved to use for a future travel date.

The Test

Everything needed to collect your nasal swab sample is included in the kit, including detailed collection instructions. Sample collection is a quick process that involves swabbing the inside of your nostril and it is not necessary for the swab to be inserted deeply into the nose. What happens if I get a damaged kit or my kit is missing an item, and my spare test provides a false result?

In the rare event that a client receives a damaged kit or missing item, our Customer Care team is ready to assist. Patients are responsible for following the instructions, allowing sufficient time for testing prior to departure, and being informed of destination country protocols, testing guidelines, and timelines.

You will find two serial numbers on a label inside your testing kit and each serial number will have its own corresponding QR code next to it.

Log into your account and click Activate on your dashboard. Add the serial number found in your testing kit and select the name of the person that needs to be tested. Click on Submit to activate. If logged in to your account via a computer you will receive a QR code to scan with your mobile device this will bring you directly to your account to connect with the nurse for testing.

It’s recommended that you test within 24 hours of your travel date, but we advise you to check with your Airline and the website of the country you are visiting for the most current information.

Sample Collection

No, the Test Service requires you to have an internet-connected, camera-equipped mobile phone/tablet, however if you are already logged in to your profile through a computer, you will obtain a QR code on the screen once you activate your test. Then you can scan the QR code from your phone/tablet, and from that you will get a link on your device to join the virtual appointment with a nurse.

If you are logged in to your profile through a phone/tablet, then you would be able to join the virtual appointment directly from there after you activate your test.

No, your collection must be observed by one of our trained nurses in order to obtain your results for travel purposes.

A parent, guardian, or other adult (ages 18+) should collect samples from children (ages 2 to 13) or those who are unable to collect their own sample. Individuals younger than 18 years who are capable of self-collection must do so with adult (18+) supervision and assistance. It is important that the designated collector or supervisor carefully reads and understands instructions prior to beginning collection.

If the swab or tube are compromised before, during, or after collection, you will be unable to complete your collection and will need to conduct a second test, at your own expense.


Once your virtual observation with the nurse is completed, you will receive a notification when your Health Pass is ready. This should take 30 minutes or less. You will have to log into your BOOST!™ portal and go to the View COVID-19 Tests section on your personal dashboard to view the results.
